Guest guest
I've done four flushes successfully and two were in the midst of an attack. However, I followed s Moritz's book by the letter and didn't compromise. Plus I also used gold coin grass, Chinese bitters, coptis and curcoma from www.sensiblehealth.com for the first three flushes. I did my last flush without the herbs and I still expelled a lot of stones. This is my first spring in decades that I haven't had a gallbladder attack. It's been miraculous for me. However, I have adopted some pretty drastic lifestyle changes (food and exercise) that will be for the rest of my life. I won't go back to my old eating habits that got me in this shape in the first place. Lori

Guest guest
Hi Amber, I was hospitalised with a gallstone attack when I was on holiday in NZ, I couldn't even keep water down and started getting dehydrated. The policy in NZ is to take the gallbladder out immediately, I was told I would recover from the operation within the same time frame it would take to get over the attack without the operation and if I didn't have the op I was sure to have more attacks. I refused to let them operate and the night I came out of hospital I did the cleanse, It was very sucessful and I could identify the three large stones I saw on the ultra sound that were blocking my bile duct. I would encourage you to do the flushes, also be prepared for some flushes to be more successful than others, I noticed you didn't mention epsoms salts or malic acid, these are very important, they help relax and open the bile ducts, also drink plenty of apple juice for the next few weeks to help soften and dissolve the stones Hope your feeling better soon > > I just joined this group hoping to add to the information I've been > gathering all week. The Mediteranean diet is like people in Italy eat, lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, yogurt, cheese, olive oil, all to be eaten daily. Fish, poultry and eggs just a few times a week. Red meet a few times a month. Does this sound like a good eating plan for me now? > by > researching it on www.mercola.com <http://www.mercola.com/> . I have had Dr. Mercola's website bookmarked for a long time now, and I receive his e-newsletters. I'll go back and look through his site again today. My experience has been with the Hulda e flushes only, but even although I use the same method every time I flush the results all vary, in both the number and type of stones and comfort and energy levels immediately afterwards. Another thing I would like to mention, it is very important to use a high quality cold pressed olive oil. So far as which flush to choose, all the most common one have results, read them and choose the one that feels right for you, remember your mind has a big influence on the outcome. I agree. Thank you. The pain has lessened but I'm still very weak. Amber
