Guest guest
I have never heard of that " diet? " Not to say that means anything, but remember you are need a lifestyle change not a diet. Diets teach you nothing and tell you what you CAN'T eat! A lifestyle is a way of living that CREATES! I used a researched and documented way of eating (which has been around since man) called Metabolic Typing. It was research and documented by Weston A. Price in his book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. You can learn more about it in The Metabolic Typing Diet by Bill Wallcott and by researching it on www.mercola.com <http://www.mercola.com/> . To explain it very simplistically, you find out your genetic type so you know what foods and ratios of foods are good for your engine. This will allow you to have not symptoms, lots of vitality and energy, and use everything thing you take in for metabolic processes and store none as fat. Out of all the " diets " out there, this is one I have had 100% success rate with, with my clients. As well, leading a holistic lifestyle is another way to reduce the amount of stress (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, nutritional, chemical, EMF, environmental, etc) in your life. This creates a life that is fluid, free of sx and disease, and full of vitality. Read more on this in How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy by Chek. It is a very easy to read book that will take you through how to lead this lifestyle by eating organic, water, eating for you metabolic type, digestion, ways to reduce stress, etc. With Qi, Rubin, OTR/L EastWest Healing and Performance " Helping people to help themselves!
