Guest guest
I have not cut down on the meat... that's one area I am still debating with myself. It does not seem to have made a big difference. I do try and avoid fried foods however. It all seems to work out ok. After a few flushes, you can experiement. I had no problems with grains or carbs after that. I eat natural carbs every day now. no problems. > Hi All, > > I'm getting ready to do my first liver flush and I have a question. Guest guest
Ok, I'm just finishing day 7 of a 9 day gallbladder flush for my first ever attack. Days 8 and 9, I can eat no food, just juices. Then I take the one cup of olive oil and one cup of fresh lemon juice. I have high hopes for this first flush. My question is, if I want to do any additional flushes, are there shorter, easier ones I could do? Like maybe 2 or 3 days? Amber
Guest guest
Hi Amber, I have done all of my flushes according to the Hulda recipe. That flush takes one or two days according to how you count it. There is only one day of relative restricted activity: the day after the flush. The day of the flush I go to work as usual and just don't eat any protien or fat. I don't eat anything after noon. I don't drink any water after 2:00 pm. I drink the epsoms (mixed with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice instead of water) and olive oil mixed with fresh sqeezed grapefruit juice according to her schedule. The flush works better if you kill parasites and clean out the bowels good a day or two before the flush. You can do this every two weeks, but it's not recommended to do them more often. Some people do another dose of oil and juice the morning after the flush to double whammy the stones and seem to get more out. Guest guest
Hi Amber, The easiest way to find out Hulda 's gallbladder flush recipe is go to curezone.com Here is the link: Liver cleanse - Gallbladder cleanse - Liver flush http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp For extra gallstone interesting reading: Gallstones Frequently Asked Questions http://curezone.com/faq/c.asp?a=4,99,700,2914 Of course, all of Dr. 's books are good, starting with The Cure for all Diseases. This is the book in which her gallbladder flushing recipe first appeared. Guest guest
Hi a, I know I'm too late in answering this question, but I thought I'd share what I do for the group anyway. (I wish I wasn't so behind on postst, but I've been still working both jobs. Thursday is my last day and then I am going to Los Angeles for a seminar for 3 days...hope to meet up with Gretchen!) It is liquid magnesium citrate, found in glass bottles, usually 10 ounce bottles for about $1.59. They come in different flavors, like lemon lime, and cherry. $12 for a 16 ounce bottle doesn't sound right..it's way too much. I take a 6 ounce dose for each of the 4 doses. That means I have to buy 3 bottles and I don't use it all. When I first started using mag citrate for my liver flushes, I used an entire bottle for each dose. That means I took 4 bottles in less than 24 hours....talk about getting cleaned out! My anus was sore for days! So, learn from my mistakes! I like the lemon lime flavor myself. Take care, Patty > > My husband is at the health food store right now and is buying me a few > things for the liver flush. Guest guest
a, You should be able to find the mag citrate easily. It is usually in the laxative section, and you can get it anywhere...WalMart, Target, Walgreens, even the grocery store. Every drug store carries it, and it is cheap! Good luck on your surgery! Give yourself time to recover and don't be too anxious about doing the liver flush too soon. YOur body will be throwing off alot of stuff for awhile, with all the anesthesia and antibiotics they use in surgery. I do hope to meet Gretchen. That would be one of the highlights of my weekend!~ Patty > > > > > > My husband is at the health food store right now > > and is buying me a > > few > > > things for the liver flush.
