Guest guest
Roma, The right kinds of fats will not compromise your gallbladder at all. In fact, they are essential to the proper functioning thereof. Especially someone like you with your constitution. If you do not consume enough of the proper fats, you are going to end up, if you do not already experience them, hormonal problems, joint problems, inflammatory issues, and nervous (nerve related) issues. Please consider obtaining one of the many excellent books on fats and their functions within the human body. Guest guest
Hi Roma, Good fats! Olive oil, flax oil, coconut oil, fish oils, borage oil, evening primrose, any omega 3 and 6 essential oils. Stay away from hydrogenated oils and animal fat. Guest guest
Yeah , All seven of my stomachs need to be in top working condition for this though. Maybe if I go to the side of the road and pick up gravel every morning I will be able to fly too. What do you think? -Dave ----- Original Message ----- From: Belskis<mailto:brian0017@...> gallstones <mailto:gallstones > Sent: Thursday, March 23, 2006 8:29 AM Subject: Re: need to gain weight - but will fats harm my gall bladder? Guest guest
Hi , Please refrain from illogical or any other kind of attacks on list members. That's simply not allowed on this list. This is your one and only public warning. No reasonable person would accuse you of making money off of alfalfa just because you are recommending it. It is totally illogical for you to accuse everyone who approves of good quality dairy in our diets to be controlled by and/or profiting from the dairy industry, and being cowardly and afraid of admitting the truth as you see it. You are so brave to defend what you think is right. How about giving everyone else the same credit for stating the facts as they see them? To tell you the truth, many will see your lack of good judgement in this area as reason to doubt your judgement in every other area. You can help people more by just presenting the facts as you know them, tell how and why you believe they support your conclusions, and let us think for ourselves. The fact that we are here is proof that we've decided to stop letting anyone else think for us. We won't let you, the doctors, the FDA, the dairy industry, the pharma folks, or anyone else do all of our thinking for us. If you would like to find some good reasons to reconsider all you think you know, read Sally Fallon's books: " Eat Fat, Lose Fat " & " Nourishing Traditions " You may find that we are not so far off base after all. Thanks for your contributions, but please give us a break, ok? Vince Richter One of the moderators > > > Yeah , All seven of my stomachs need to be in top working > > condition for this though. Guest guest
Vince, I probably deserved a bit of it for my facetious response, but I was using my normal disturbed sense of humor to illustrate my point. Guest guest
Hey Dave, Thanks for taking some of 's heat off of me for a moment. I'd have thought that no one would ever misconstrue a defense of raw naturally raised dairy and organically raised meat with promotion of fried steak and fast food milk shakes. BUT, then again, I've been wrong before ;>) Vince > > > > then I would say that steak and shake is a place of great health > > eat tour fried steak and drink your ice cream milk shake > > but that is Vinces Job > > > > Well, from the looks of it we may not need to worry about our differences in opinion much longer. You are not only putting words in Vince's mouth, it looks like food too. I do not recall any posts by Vince advocating either fried steak or ice cream milk shakes. If I am wrong, please straighten me out. -Dave > >
