I'm very new here and can just say that I had my first ever gallbladder

attack and am just finished day 6 of a 9 day flush. The first few days,

I was still in a lot of pain from the attack itself, but the last few

days, the pain has subsided and I'm feeling a lot better. While I don't

enjoy drinking olive oil and lemon juice, it has not caused any vomiting

or other pains. I, too, don't know what to expect at the end of day 9.

I wasn't afraid to try. It's a much better option than just submitting

to surgery.

Hi skaidriuke,

I've done 9 liver flushes and have not had any pain at all. None of

the flushes caused sick feelings or nausea. No cramps or other pains.

Only diarea for a half a day afterwards, lots of stones of all sizes,

and a great feeling after the flush. I had no idea what to expect the

first time, but took the plunge based on the fact that a whole lot of

people have already done it and reported good results. My goal is to

help my liver and gallbladder get better over time as I grow older

instead of the " normal " getting worse. I did the Hulda flush,

and it turned out fine.

Best Regards,

Vince

Hi Amber, If you have any stones (and very few don't) you will have to

flush several times. The stones you get will only be the ones closest

to the opening of your gallbladder. There are more " upstream " all the

way into your liver where they are originally formed. Doctors aren't

taught that " gallstones " are formed in the liver, but they are.

People with no gallstones flush and get stones out the same as people

with gallbladders. When you flush some of your stones out, you make

room for the ones you didn't get out to move into the space created by

the stones which moved out. This process reocurres every time you

flush for a total of 5-20 times depending on how many you have and how

severely you change your diet. You will most likely make more because

of the same inbalences in your diet that caused you to make the first

ones. Sorry I can't tell you one flush is enough. One flush is

definitely not enough. The good news is, several flushes are better

than one irreversable surgical removal. That's how I look at it anyway.

Best Regards,

Vince
