I've drunk it first thing in the morning with no nausea or anything.

Hi-I'm taking it a half hour before meals. And I take a tablespoon at night

before bed. I use organic applecider vinager with " mother " . I have had no

stomache problems, but I do tend to drink six glasses of water a day. I also

take a tablespoon to help manage gallstone pain at night. i.e. I never take

more than 4 tablespoons a day.

Thanks, Mike T.

Hi Roma,

I can't praise ACV enough---it's one thing I don't like to be without--

-I do believe for some people it is very beneficial---and personal I

have better flushes when I add it to my apple juice---however I do

know people that have intollerances to ACV when taken internally---

everybody is different---so listen to your body---

HTH,

Donna
