I did my first flush! I was like most people thinking about a flush,

what should I do? Just go to the hospital and have my gallbladder

taken out and be done with it? I was scared to try this flush but I

did it! How exactly did I do it?

Day 1 Drank two cups of apple juice every two hours and water also

Day 2 Drank two cups of apple juice every two hours and water also

about 6pm I was feeling sick and having dull pain in GallBladder

area so I at a cup of brown rice.

About 8pm I mixed 3 teaspoons of epsom salts and 1/2 cup of

grapefruit juice.

About 10pm I drank 1/2 a cup of olive oil chased with 1/2 cup of

grapefruit juice. Then I went straight to bed and slept on my

right side.

Day 3 Woke up as ussual and went straight to the toilet. I had a little

diarrhea. There were two larger stones and about 15-20 smaller

stones floating in the toilet!

After going to the toilet I drank two liters of bottled water and was

feeling sick at my stomach. Then I ate a small bowl of canned peas and

carrots and felt better. Before I began the apple juice fast I was

feeling nauseaus and having pains. The flushing process added no

noticeable pain or discomfort.

If anyone is having gallbladder problems and is nervous about doing a

flush or has questions you can email me at rickyidlett@... I

am new to this flushing business but remember, you are not alone!

Picture of my stones are posted in the photos section under Ricky.
