Guest guest
Hello everyone, I am brand new to the group. Many years ago I was prescribed iodine by GP for an underactive thyroid. I have not taken in for over 10 years but am thinking of started up again since developing terrible fibroids as I have read recently this can be helpful in getting rid of them. I am 47 years old and worried I am eventually going to lose my uterus or have to at least go through some very unpleasant procedure to help shrink them. I have also been told I have an enlarged ovary and if so it will have to go. I am not wanting to lose ANY of my parts!!! Has anyone on this list had any luck using iodine to treat fibroids. Suggestions as to how much I should take??? Any information would be greatly appreciated. cheers, ~elizabeth~
