I think I'm getting it...

Is the iodine in kelp organic or inorganic?

Yes.

You get the desired 'inorganic' iodine (the good iodine)

from 'organic' kelp (also good stuff - if you need it).

How much iodine would you get from how much kelp?

I don't know.
