I flushed last night, it's been over a year, usually like to do this every 6

months. I noticed someone mentioned having rapid heart beat when doing

this, sometimes this happens to me, sometimes it doesn't, last night it did,

but generally it isn't something to be concerned about...you pushing your

body to do something it isn't used to and whether it's the extra stress we

put on our bodies, is a nerve impulse, or the fact that more blood is needed

in an area, I'm not sure of the exact reason, just know it happens.

My flush went well, I could tell by how I was feeling that stones would show

early, and they started to at about 3 am. This morning I've passed a lot

more...it's about 11 am now. When I get my " rock collection " together

(haha) maybe I will add another picture to my gall bladder cleanse web page

http://happynutritionist.com/gallbladder.html I started keeping a record of

my flushes there a few years ago even tho I've been doing this for over 15

years.

There have been posts about whether the gallbladder can be on the left or

right, I can't locate the message that started the thread..if the person

posted because they are feeling discomfort on the left, it could be related

to the gallbladder if the stones and blockages are beginning to affect the

pancreas, which is to the left.
