Guest guest
Lori - I think you need to realize that EVERY person and EVERY body is different. Just because certain things did or did not work for you, do not mean they will have the same effect on others. It is obvious that you love flushes and want to promote them positively, but just because others dont think that they are as effective for them as they are for you, myself included, does NOT mean that they are wrong or need a " Reality Check! " . You say you lived with pain pills for 30 years? Than who are you to talk to a group of people trying desperately to fix their pain naturally (or unnaturally if they decide) like they are less than you because they have questions that have been asked multiple times or who you dont think are preparing properly for a flush? Why do you care so much if someone else's gallbladder " isn't saved " ? It's not your body. Bravo to the people on here even attempting to do research on their own before doing surgery. If you dont want to be on a list where people ask questions about gallbladders and liver flushes, then maybe you should unsubscribe instead of subjecting people who are already stressed out about the situation to your tantrums about how 'they' need a reality check. Seriously, nobody on this list is better than anyone else, we are supposed to be here to help each other. Lori <skydanse@...> wrote: I'm probably venting here a little bit but I have to express an opinion here but I think there needs to be a reality check. Folks, I feel like people are doing this without the proper preparation and patience (I know it's hard to be patient when you're in agony). I have been dealling with this for almost 30 years and didn't even realize what was wrong. I lived off of serious pain pills during these attacks for decades and was wondering why doctors wouldn't take the time to find out what was wrong with me. At least yours was correctly diagnosed. If only this group had existed decades ago for me it would have made the difference. My first flush didn't do me any good -- yes, it was a total failure. I threw up everything, maybe passed one or two stones at the most and I felt like crap afterwards. But I was *desperate* not to lose my gallbladder so I didn't give up. Then I ordered the Chinese herbs from www.sensiblehealth.com out of desperation and I hung in there for a little longer (too long actually -- six months) and did my second flush in the middle of a severe attack. That second flush was amazing and made a huge difference. I think you're just giving up too easily plus just doing one flush may make things worse later on. And then I can see it now -- I did a flush and now I'm losing my gallbladder -- it was all the flush's fault! No it wasn't -- take responsibility for the fact that you didn't put a whole lot of effort into saving your organ. At least a lot of people here can say that they've done everything possible to keep their body intact without letting some greedy surgeon getting his or her way. You want a quick fix (mentality that runs rampant in this country) and it just ain't gonna happen. You can't just take herbs and expect things to magically go away -- you can't have surgery and guarantee that it will be fixed -- in fact there's a huge likelihood that the problems go deeper than just your gallbladder. You have to flush and flush repeatedly (but no more than every two weeks, preferably). I took the Chinese herbs but the flushing afterwards made the difference. Even the lady doctor who sells these herbs suggests flushing. Plus this takes some major lifestyle changes too. You just can't eat the way you've been eating that got you into this situation. I've tried everything under the sun but finally came to my own conclusions about what my body likes. I eat plenty of raw foods with some meat and try to avoid the dairy (although I do allow myself butter on occasion) and try to stick with unprocessed foods (I also have to avoid most grains as well since don't tolerate wheat and several other grains well at all. I also cook with coconut oil instead of vegetable oils which are trans fat factories. Anything to help my liver along. But your body may have different needs. Order s' Moritz's books, order the Liver Cleansing Diet by Cabot. Come on! Find out what works for you. If you're running a fever or throwing up uncontrollably, then there might be a reason for urgency. But if you're just having the pain (and, yes, I know how severe it is), there's a light at the end of the tunnel that doesn't have to involve losing an important organ and finding out the hard way that it didn't fix the problem. What is the underlying problem is in your liver? Care to lose that one as well? We get a lot of repeat questions. Read the past posts. There are a lot of answers that have been posted time and time again just in the past several months alone. My two cents. Guest guest
What is saying is that removing gallstones will improve liver gallbladder function for everyone but her it is not for her. And if she wants to believe that she can. We do not know if is from the planet mars and maybe has a diffrent waste removal system then us. Or maybe she may have a better way to deal with gallstone removal. perhaps she has a photon gun that disolves them. We do not know everything. Some people treat medical conditions with denial , turning up loud music and singing loud to drowned out the symptoms. So I will let have her own way. And I hope the way she chooses gives her better health. S. wrote: > Lori - > > I think you need to realize that EVERY person and EVERY body is > different. Guest guest
I am being very tolerant I am agreeing with , and am being open to some knowledge I may not yet have. After all I dont know everything and some times being rational is very irrational. If you tell Doctors you removed your gallstones at home over the weekend they make think your irrational and may not believe you. Sometimes being irrational makes the truth clearer. Guest guest
- What was offensive was your ridiculous comments about me having a " photo gun to zap my stones " or " being from another planet " , simply because I dont want to do another flush and disagree with Lori's original post. I can't help it that you think that is an irrational decision - again, you have absolutely no clue of my situation. I think that your comments to me were rude and childish. Maybe you disagree - So be it. We can agree to disagree, just don't be condescending towards me, and there will be no problems. On another note - I hope that everyone has a great Holiday weekend coming up, I know I will! Guest guest
The reason why I wrote my reality check response was not to insult or anyone else (although she took it that way and chose to ask me to leave the group and I may respect her wishes and stop posting). I wrote it because I have noted that recent joinees ask the same questions someone who barely joined the day before asked -- and people who join this list do not read past posts and might think that a single flush is supposed to do the trick, when 99% of the time it does not. I was hoping to prevent someone from having a more serious problem from misinformation. I am acquainted with people who have opted to have the surgery (my father-in-law who did fine until he died from liver cancer) and several others who told me -- avoid the surgery at all costs -- " It has ruined my life! " It's interesting that I've had so many gallbladderless people thrown in my life who have lived to regret it deeply. I almost wish there was something people who join this group can read that gives consistent advice on how to go through this process without having to ask the same questions over and over again. Now please can we get back to getting along? I'm sorry if I caused any upset. I forget (shame on me) that if you have gallbladder problems, you have liver problems and it can have a negative effect on the emotions. Lori (no insult intended -- I stayed out of it to avoid any kind of emotional flame war and didn't respond to 's post)
