Another Iodoral Question...

How many days would a person take 50 mgs of Iordoral (25 mg 2x daily)

to know if they were going to have any type of reaction? I've been a

bit nervous, as I have Hashi's. I've been taking it since Wednesday (5

days), and so far the only side effect I have really noticed is a

slight urine odor. I actually do feel a bit more alert then before

Iordoral. Maybe this is a good sign. Any thoughts out there?

Some notice right away (within a day or so) and others it takes a week or so

(like me). For me it was not the iodine but the detoxing overload. So I

would just take a day or two off and then continue again. Now I have been

on 100 mgs / day every day since the first of November without any issues.
