Guest guest
I am gluten free and use Celtic Sea Salt per Dr. Brownstein's instructions and he is the one who encouraged the GF. I am supposed to be CF and try to do this. Celtic salt is harvested from the sea. There is not enough iodine to make a difference in your health in salt. You need to supplement. I give my kids Detoxified Iodine. www.iodinesource.com gfcf salt w/ iodine? Hi- My 3 yr old son is strictly GFCF which rules out many "table" salts, so we mainly use Kosher, but are concerned about iodine intake. Which sea-salts are GFCF and do contain iodine? Any thoughts? Thanks so much-Annie
