Hi , I've had flushes like that. No diarrea until the next day,

then mormal BM first. After my 4th dose of epsom I started diarrea.

I think that's because of a deficiency of magnesium. I muscle tested

very deficient. I got more magnesium supplementation and then started

diarrea the eve of the flush. Of course, no stones until the diarrea

started. Stones can come out all the next day after the flush. No

probem there.

I went one step further, after taking more magnesium daily, to prepare

my bowel before the flush by taking Colo-Cleanse the day of the flush

to get my bowel cleaned out prior to the first Epsoms. It made for a

better flush IMO.

Well I really do think that I got stones out. They look like these

from curezone.

They were a really strange green color, they were all very small,

maybe 2 pea sized ones...but maybe 100 tiny tiny ones. They all

floated, I broke open one and this thick black stuff oozed out.

Yuck! I am still having quite a bit of diarrhea, but it seems the

stones have now slowed. I am SO excited, I believe this has worked.

Of course this will not be my last flush, but I'm glad I've seen

something because it will encourage me to go forth the next time.
