Guest guest
I had lapband surgery. I feel great, still sore and trying to recover. I am so thankful that there are groups like these to help with my frustrations though! I just tried eating some applesauce and after 3 bites I was DONE....this is definately a long journey ahead. If anyone would like to chat I'm on messenger alot under auddie1133. Just wanted to say hello and I'm new here! ~Audrea
Guest guest
I was on chicken broth and water yesterday and he said starting today and for the next two weeks I can have jello (sugar free), pudding(sugar and fat free), applesauce, and chicken broth. But I think I'm goin to stick to liquids for my own sake. I go in for my first fill on the 24th of January. ~Audrea > > ~A~P~> I had lapband surgery. Guest guest
That is definite fast track....most docs don't even think about a fill until at least six weeks, often eight, and then only if you're not losing a pound or two a week anyway. Some need fills soon, some of us didn't for months. Yeah, I'd stick with liquids for a week, then start doing stuff that you blend....that you could suck through a straw. And a week after that start moving into more solid food. The main thing, as you've found out already, is that the quantities will be SMALL....much smaller than you can imagine. cheers dan Thursday, December 29, 2005, 12:54:49 PM, you wrote: ~A~P~> I was on chicken broth and water yesterday and he said starting ~A~P~> today and for the next two weeks I can have jello (sugar free), ~A~P~> pudding(sugar and fat free), applesauce, and chicken broth.
