I am not at all discouraged with the first flush...

and I am encouraged to know it may take more than one before

I see results....

I am ready--I know I haveto do multiple flushes anyway

and I am totally commited to getting well so this is

nothing I cannot handle!

and truthfully speaking for myself it probably worked

out best that my recovery went slowly because

knowing me --had it moved along too fast-- I would have went

right back to my old eating habits. Actually I know I would have.

This gave me a chance to make lifetime adjustments slowly
