Please can you give me some advce

I have had Hasimoto's for 19 years. I saw Dr Peatfield in November in Norfolk. He suggested that I go on Adrenal Extra and Armour 1gr. I had to have a procedure under sedation last week. I cut down my Thyroxine from175mcg to 125mcg a few days before the procedure. It made feel so much better. I started 1/2 Adrenal last Sunday and will up to 1 next Sunday. I have not been on Thyroxine for about 10 days now. When do you think I should start the Armour? I know I have to do it slowly.

I e-mailed Dr P 4 days before he moved but did not get a reply. With all your wealth of experience perhaps you can help me.
