I highly recommend you visit drrind.com. There is a lot of information on

thyroid and adrenal, and how to keep track of adrenal improvement.

You also learn the symptoms of either thyroid, adrenal, or a combination. There

is a graph to print so you can keep track.

If I were you, I would cut down on the iodine. When I took 50mg, it was really

taking my adrenals down.

It's very hard for me to take seriously the advice of a doctor who is

selling the products he prescribes.
