Guest guest
Are you taking Armour too? That has been known to help with bone density because of the calcitonen. B. Buffered C I have researched but couldn't find Buffered C in Australia....know I can get it from the USA but after 18 years of ill-health our funds have almost dried up. Then I remembered that the Maca that I am taking (for help with adrenals and my bones) has all the ingredients that are in the Buffered C, but probably not at the same quantities. BTW Maca plus 1 boron cap per day has reduced my bone density from a bad minus 2.5 back to minus 1.18, know that it isn't much but was only taking it for 12 months of the 2 years since my last bone scan. Have know upped my dose of maca and will see in another 2 years how things are.Judy (ausiejude)

Guest guest
Most bufferd C is Sodium Ascorbate. I prefer to use C-salts, mixed 50:50 with Ascorbic Acid, mixed with water. C-salts alone does not taste real good. Adding more Ascobic Acid makes it more palatable to me. http://www.nutri.com/wn/wn-pl.html Alobar On 11/16/07, Parashis <artpages@...> wrote: > > Is Ester C the same thing as Buffered C?
