Guest guest
IMO, the BA Vit D is way too expensive. I use the Carlson D-drops available online. With the 1000 or 2000 iu strengths, one single tasteless drop is all that's needed daily (unless your doc wishes more -- some people need as much as 50,000 units a day to catch up, and this would require a capsule) The D-drops are cheap, too - about $13 for a year's supply. check prices onlne. Sandy r > > Thank you for your responses. I will schedule an appointment with the local PCM to check out my vitamin/mineral levels. I have been using the Bariatic Advantage vitamins and calcium, but will order the vitamin D, as well. I have not posted, but read every post and have tried to keep on track with the help of this group. I'll let you know how it turns out. > > > > >
