IMO, the BA Vit D is way too expensive. I use the Carlson D-drops available

online. With the 1000 or 2000 iu strengths, one single tasteless drop is all

that's needed daily (unless your doc wishes more -- some people need as much as

50,000 units a day to catch up, and this would require a capsule)

The D-drops are cheap, too - about $13 for a year's supply. check prices onlne.
