Guest guest
Hi! I did my first flush on Thursday night. I did the 1 pint olive oil and 1/2 pint fresh lemon cleanse. I managed to drink it all down and was doing quite well and 5 hours later I threw most of it up... Even still, the cleanse was still successful. At about 2:30 am, I have my first bm and was surprised to see green chunks floating in the toilet (I guess I didn't believe it would work). I felt great! Over all, I passed about 100 chunks of green stones (most of them about a cm in size). Yesterday is the first day I've been awake all month - I have been sick with allergies and have been depressed. My husband was surprised that I was so cheerful. But I also had some chunks that looked like popcorn. About the same colour, except softer. I think they were either small pieces of a larger gallstone that didn't come out yet or were indeed popcorn kernals that were stuck in my intestines. I plan to do the flush again tonight, this time drinking only 1/2 of the recommended dose so I don't throw it all up again. Amy
Guest guest
I myself use richards shultz intestinal formula 1 and 2 weeks before I do a flush so that my bowels are moving freely before the flush if your intestines are too clogged to have it go down then it will come up en depressed.
