Guest guest
Most of it sounds like it will help, but am I understanding you right, the epsom salts every night? I would guess that the it is salt water (seasalt) flush, like they recomend in the master cleanse, to move toxins and clean out the GI tract. I would have to caution in the over use of epsom salts as most people can only stomach them for a little while that you only take them a couple of hours before the actual lemon juice and olive oil and the next morning after as Hulda recomends. Epsom salts are very dehydrating and I would not take them for too long. Grapefruit juice is also more palatable than lemon juice but it is what each person can handle. I also mix my epsom salts with a half of grapefruit juiced. It really makes the taste much better. I personally prefer the Hulda clark flush which can be found on the www.curezone.com site. It also has a wealth of knowledge about this subject and forum boards you can ask queestions on. I personally think it takes longer than 4 days to soften the harder stones with the apple juice. I take malic acid mixed with magnesium in supplement form for several months to soften the stones and that seemed to work very well. G Murray P.S. Remember to take the olive oil out a few hours before to melt as you want it at room temperature to drink. Kaleb wrote: >Hey Guys, > >I am new to this group and am attempting my first flush.
