Guest guest
I am new to this board but this is the message today from Lynne from the amazon- list board. Just sharing, n: ---- Sally and I have been following people taking iodine for over two and a half years and found that, although those taking Lugol's solution may feel some improvement, those taking Iodoral feel better and get dramatically different Iodine Loading Test scores. We're not sure why. We don't know if it's absorption or the number of drops that are supposed to be equivalent to Iodoral isn't accurate, or something else entirely. Also, there have been some severe stomach complaints on Lugol's Solution. I believe had to stop both Lugol's and all her supplements until her stomach healed. I've used Lugol's topically and had some skin benefits but personally, after being diagnosed with breast cancer, I wouldn't take anything but Iodoral by mouth. It's not worth the gamble. Iodarol or Lugol's solution? Just trying to decide which one to use. Are they both the same? or is Lugol's solution a better choice that Iodarol? Thanks,
