Speaking of IR Sauna's, I just ordered one on Ebay. I took a brave dive, and ordered from a seller with no feedback, but the price was the best $109 plus $49.95 shipping). About 10 minutes after the auction ended, I get a phone call from out-of-state. It's the seller, telling me how excited she was that I was her first sale, and if I sent the paypal tonight, she would have it out in tomorrow's mail.

I hung up laughing my butt off, lol!!!

Anyway, I'll be happy to report on the Sauna when it gets here, and my amazing transformation using it (lol). Being optomistic, here. I did promise myself I would be well by the end of the year, so I've got 2 weeks left!

I'm not sure. It may be because they are just getting started on Ebay. I just hope it shows up, lol! or maybe its a color nobody wants? Who knows... as long as it gets here and works I'll be happy.

Linsey is a biochemist, and she has a clinic that treats people with autoimmune, inflammatory diseases (CFS, Fibro, etc.) her website is FASCINATING read her "informative articles". www.vitaroyal.com

I've been on Iodine this time for about a week, before that I started it in, hmmm, March? And I think I stopped it sometime around September before going back on again recently.
