Guest guest
I have hypothyroidism and atrial fibrillation so I tried Iodoral 25 mg for 2 weeks and felt OK. I them increased to 50mg for a few days and had Candida symptoms that were horrible so I deopped the Iodoral and the Candida is gone. I would like to take Iodoral, but can't take the Candida that came along with 50mg. I don't know what to do. > > Anyone out there using iodine for atrial fibrillation? >
Guest guest
Is it possible that it was a candida flare when you got up to 50mg of iodine? Perhaps the iodine was resulting in the candida dying off and your symptoms were really due to toxins from the dying organisms? This is my understanding of what is supposed to happen with iodine. Perhaps you need to increase your dosage more slowly (I've been incrementing by 6.25mg at a time) so your body can cope with the detox. Best wishes. > > I have hypothyroidism and atrial fibrillation so I tried Iodoral 25 mg > for 2 weeks and felt OK. Guest guest
Thank you for the suggestions. Of course, my cardio says the cause is not known, but I feel it is thyroid related. I will try these supplements. > > Hi, I am a health care provider that monitors these > groups from time to time. Never had much luck with > iodine for atrial fib.
