Guest guest
Hi Gill, I think I have one of the measuring spoons that used to be sent with the Serenity, though I must admit I just dip my little finger as suggested in the booklet. I am happy to send it to you if you would like to send me your address- email me privately. Im not sure that Im measuring the amount very well and am inclined to up the dose but dont want a bad reaction - I did use a bigger dollop yesterday and been better today! Can anyone advise on a more accurate measure than the one given in serenity's booklet? If I up the dose would any reaction be quick or come on days later? Or any other advise on this would be very welcome. thanks, Gill Messages are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Guest guest
Hi Gill I use Serenity cream and was sent a little 1/8 tsp measuring spoon (which is the required dose) but that broke. I looked on the internet to find a 1/8th measure and found a good one from Lakeland Plastics. It is in a set of kitchen measuring spoons - I use the others for cooking measures. It is very robust and should last a long time.
Guest guest
Now brand has a pump action, with each pump being 1/4 teaspoon. I like this brand for progest cream - I tend to use this each night & source naturals each morning. I got into this habit when the Now one I used had a herby smell which I did not really want in the daytime & also my hubby tends to put that on my feet or back & I would not trust him to measure it, but the current one I am using (from iherb.com) is lavender smelling & very subtle so I would happily use it at any time. Val Many thanks to everyone for their advice about progesterone cream and thanks for the offer of the measuring spoon - I wont worry aobut measuring too much now, so no need for the spoon thanks so much - I will just up the amount Im using and see what effect that has.Gill
