Hello,

I'm Audrey, 36 years old, married w/2 kids (1 daughter 6 yo who lives

w/me and 1 son 13 yo who is currently living w/his dad for the last

year) and I live in Auburn, WA and was banded on August 2, 2005 at a

weight of 295. I am currently about 190 so I have lost a little over

100 lbs. Most of my weight loss happened in the first 10 months.

Things have been slow since then. I did experience a problem

recently and was scheduled for an EGD but thing worked themselves out

and I ended up cancelling it after talking to the doctor.

I just went in yesterday for a fill. The doctor said I'm currently

at 2.7 in a 4 band. I have done Curves along with my lowered intake

of food. Recently I've felt that Curves is no longer doing enough

for me so I'm considering joining a real gym before summer to drop

the remaining 40 lbs or so I would like to lose.

My problem that I had was I think that I had something " stuck " for an

extended period of time because it was like it got harder to

eat " regular " food so I shifted towards softer foods and even got to

the point it was hurting during drinking (even water). That was when

the doctor decided I needed the EGD as he doesn't do fluros.

Anyways like I said I think on my own I managed to baby it enough

that it worked itself out. So now I'm ready to get back on track and

in another day I'll consider trying a little more than the soup I'm

planning on for today.
