I think I do understand that...and concur with it. just also like to understand the mechanisms at work when i put hormones/or other drugs in my body...inquisitive mind...trusted docs too long...so just trust myself now...and listen to all viewpoints and get opinions...and that hopefully lets me make informed decisions...better than what the docs say anyway. cindi Gracia <circe@...> wrote: I think you should understand that most of us take cortef b/c we have exhausted all other

On that " 's replacement dose " do they also take Florinef which is

also a glucocorticoid and mineralocoritcoid?

So, they give HC plus Florinef. (Some need Florinfef to live, but it is a

fluorinated drug, so I wouldn't take it unless there was no other choice.)

I've been told most with 's are also on Florinef.

This says a patient would get from 10 to 30 mg of HC plus Florinef. One

would presume that would mean without florinef they would need more HC.

Florinef Acetate is preferably administered in conjunction with cortisone

(10 mg to 37.5 mg daily in divided doses) or hydrocortisone (10 mg to 30 mg

daily in divided doses).

I'm not a doctor you know. But, post your symptoms here or send me an email

and I'll tell you what I know.

It's too low. If you look at Mercola's website on the issue, he spent years

trying to figure out how to raise his.

He settled on raw eggs and cod liver oil.
