What do you use to Douche? I am green at this stuff. I have detoxified Iodine because I give it to my kids so I could use it. Dr. B talked about painting my cervix with Iodine but we never got that far since my ovarian cysts were gone when I had my U/S

------> It's pretty simple and utterly painless to try....at leastwith atomodine. I'm not sure with lugols..that might sting.A friend who's in her later 50s and hasn't had a period used a doucheand got menstrual cramps like her period was getting ready to start.I've not talked to her since I returned so don't know if it started ornot.
