I assume that Iodized salt would be "Salt" (as specified here) with iodine added. It even includes the allowable amounts of mercury, aluminum, arsenic, lead, copper, and cadmium. "where salt is used as a carrier for one or more nutrients, and sold as such for public health reasons, the name of the product shall be qualified to indicate such purpose, e.g. "salt fluoridated", "salt fortified with iron".
