Guest guest
Thank you Sheila for your advice. I have been taking my dose of Nutri Adrenal at 1/4 tablet at a time and I am now on 1 1/2 (before 1.00). I am feeling slightly better - I don't feel so panicky and anxious. If I am able to start with Nutri Thyroid, when do I take it - with or after the NA? - I am assuming that I can still take the NA when I take the NT. And......if I take the Nutri Thyroid, do I have to eventually take Armour or would the NT be enough? I also take 60mg of CoQ10, 2grams of slow release Vit C, Vit E, Magnesiuim and Calcium and a multi vit/mineral - gosh that seems like a lot of stuff to take......and I had reflexology which made me feel quite calm for a couple of days. Unfortunately a few days later I developed migraine and have also had achy shoulders and neck. I looked at Dr Rind - Metabloic Scorecard and found that people who have adrenal problems have sensitivity to medication, supplements etc., and need small doses. It is amazing that each time I look at the various files and links, I find something that makes me realise that how I feel - and have been feeling most of my life - is not and was not - all in my head. For years I have been told that I am 'bored' or 'fussy' or 'silly' - or 'lazy' when I could hardly get out of bed in the morning - or in bed for two days with migraine or sinus attack. I have been apologising most of my life for being sensitive. Looking at Dr Rind Scorecard, looking at the various files etc., visiting Dr P and reading all the HypoT stories, I realised that even in this day and age of wonderful technological discoveries there are hundreds and thousands of people who are told that their illnesses are all in their heads! Keep smiling everyone - it makes people uneasy, they think you are up to something.........
