Guest guest
Thyroid Panel II is TSH, FT3, & FT4. The cost is $75, but there's also a code you can use that will give you a discount. I've have to search for it on the NTH group archives. If you've never had thyroid antibody testing done, that would also be recommended. Healthcheck USA has thyroid antibody testing too. Guest guest
Jackie - I mixed it with my butter and use it whenever I use butter. I've also fried chicken with it and use it instead of olive oil in my cooking. I've never been able to do the smoothie thing because it got chunky and grossed me out. But I'm telling you - It makes the best fried chicken ever!! Terry

Guest guest
my spell checker does not like " veg's. " (lol) i put all the smoothie ingredients in the blender, stack ice on top, then i drizzle a small amount of coconut oil on the ice. it does harden, then i blend it really well and the result is very small droplet sized pieces of the solid oil. occasionally there is a larger drop, but i do not find it unpleasant. julie --- Ken & Jackie Reimer > wrote: > Steamed VEGAS? Guest guest
Sorry, I should have clarified. I don't coat the chicken. I usually use boneless skinless and just fry it that way. It's really good and gives it a sweet flavor. > My wife says it makes things soggy as opposed to crunchy. Guest guest
Nope , I don't take iodine. Wow Alobar, you're waxing a bit hostile dude! You're kind of a prickly fella, ain't ya? But I don't think all supplements are bad. Just the synthetic ones, and some of those are okay short term in a crisis. Don't be hatin' and puttin' words in my mouth. I was *really* just trying to be nice but I won't make that mistake again! Hardy har! Good Luck Big Dude!
Guest guest
Jane, have you had a RBC analysis or any other testing other than serum? If you are at healthy ranges in all minerals without supplements AND have testing to back it up then I'd like to know exactly what it is that you eat. Thanks. --- Jane Rowland <classicalwriter@...> wrote: > Alobar, > > I'm not trying to convince you of anything you don't want to be convinced of. Guest guest
You sure seemed like you were telling me to do things another way and gave no substantiation for what you were saying. You seemed to be telling me that what I was doing was wrong. If I misinterpreted your motives, I am sorry. Guest guest
I am sitting here eating my oatmeal liberally laced with both virgin coconut oil and shredded coconut then topped with homemade yoghurt. I cannot imagine a cold drink for breakfast. mjh"The Basil Book"http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/ Posted by: "julie martin" wolfpan7@... wolfpan7 Thu Sep 7, 2006 9:23 am (PST) my spell checker does not like "veg's." Guest guest
, Nope, no RBC analysis though I'd like to get it done. I'm learning like you and just passing along what I have gleaned along the way. Do you have a RBC lab to recommend? Jane I
