Is chickenpox a problem for hypothyroids?

My 10 year old came up with a lovely crop of chickenpox last night.

Although I had chickenpox as a kid, is my son's infection likely to be

risky for me in anyway?

The odd thing is both of us have spent the last few days feeling

pretty lousy and pooped but, in his case, he was cooking up

chickenpox. All my glands are up (again, yawn!!) so I'm wondering if

my body is responding to the virus.
