Guest guest
Assuming you mean tincture of Iodine, I used itexternally before I bought Lugol's. I sure would not take it internally or gargle with it. Guest guest
Alobar, it came from the health food store and has instructions for mixing it in water. I would assume it's safe - is it not? Assuming you mean tincture of Iodine, I used itexternally before Ibought Lugol's. Guest guest
I take just regular iodine drops every morning. Have been doing it for about 2 months (give or take). I put 3 drops either in a small amount of juice or water and drink it. I didn't feel anything at first and then after a couple of weeks I feel some shoulder pain and then after a couple of weeks it went away. I honestly can't tell if it's working or not. I am on 3 gr armour and the iodine. I now feel that I need to up my dose of armour but am holding off until my labs. I also think I need some HC or Isocort. Am hem hawing on that for some reason. I understand and believe the reasons for taking it I think I just don't want to believe that I need it. Which is just insane because I have anxiety, shaking under stress, lack of concentration which point to adrenal. Anyway just my experience with iodine. Also, it's more expensive so I'm thinking of getting the Lugols because it's $3.50 for a bottle through the link that someone posted earlier today. Guest guest
Probably safe, but if it does not clearly delineate the potency, it could be very weak. If it is true, what does that mean for people who are using only liquid iodine? Some people claim to keep and use one bottle for a full year. Comments?
