Guest guest
Charlie, sorry you've had such a rough summer. The band saves us many times over. It's still there, helping keep us in line, even though it cannot be first in our lives fot awhile. Now, if it's time to re-commit, it will happily help you start losing well again. Guest guest
We are all proud of you Charlie. Keep it up! Donna I have been on a five month plateau that has been driving me nutty. I was working on some other issues and my weight loss just took second place.
Guest guest
Sandy, You are right. The band did its job all summer and fall. Now it is my turn to do my part again. Charlie
