Hi Carol,

Thanks for the kind words. Only one question regarding your husband....does HE

want to lose weight? As I'm sure you know, it is up to him and you can't make

him do it.

I wish my son and daughter and each of their spouses would get bands....and the

daughter in law was scheduled with Dr. Ortiz....but she cancelled when she

finally realized it would be doubly hard if my son wouldn't work with her to

change what they have around the house, etc....and if she wasn't REALLY READY to

change herself. And she realized that the main thing was that SHE wasn't ready.

So she cancelled, which I'm sure was the right thing for her at this time.

Maybe the time will be later.
