Hi ,

I have never heard of your treatment. I get my information from

reading everything I can find on the subject because everyone has

differnt ideas. I could not hold my head up long enough to read more

than 15 minutes before starting on the 3Lac. I was just reading about

Primal Defense and it sounds very good also. What is so important in

getting rid of this problem is dedication to our diets. There is an

excellent diet on the website which is rather strict. I learned

that not only do we need to be sure that we are eliminating properly

everyday but we need to help our liver by keeping it as clean as

possible in order to detox the dead fungus. The fungus gives off an

alchohol substance which causes us to feel almost drunk. We must be

able to move that out of the liver. I was going to take a break from

the treatment but decided not to. Instead I decided to do a fruit and

vegetable fast for 3 days or as long as I can handle it to help move

the toxins out of me. I believe that a backed up liver is what was

causing the anxious/depressed feelings. It is also important to build

your immunity as much as possible. It is all so expensive, I know but

there are some inexpensive things we can do. Selenium and or

wheat/barly grasses are excellent sources of chlorophyl. Eat foods

that keep your body in an alkaline state and eat garlic everyday. I

read that 6 cloves on an empty stomach in the morning followed by a

big spoonful of yogurt is great for you as well as oregano. I could

go on and on but with determination we can beat this thing. Please

Hi Joanne, Oh yes, I have numerous questions. Let me start out telling you when my symptoms were at there worst I have severe athletes foot and ended up with toenail fungus. My body has cured itself of most of it. It's super late now, but I want to keep intouch with you. Please tell me the diet? I'm on a medication: look it up if you want to, called sporanox (itraconazole) capsules 100mg. I take 2 capsules with a meal 2 hours before other meds and no meds for two hours, then again in evening, with food. It is not hard on the liver. Its on for 7 days off for 3 weeks and I have 2 refills. Will I herx? I've been fine. In fact, I had a sinus infection and I think it killed it. The day I started taking it it went away. And it was very bad. How soon will I improve? Just tell me what are the big food no no's. I know suagr and white bread products. And I do try to eat
