Any of those will give you a definciancy, because you take the B-12 in through your stomach and because your stomach isnt digesting food right it isnt taking the B-12 out of what you eat.

Try it, you will feel a lot better.

I have serious stomach problems too and of course didn't know this could cause B-12 definciancy until I saw it on TV.

Type in B-12 in your search and read about it.

Subject: B-12 & stomach problem?

Billie-Jo, what type of stomach problem means you have a B-12 deficiency? I've had stomach problems for years. I've had peptic ulsers, gastritis, Reflux, you name it! And believe it or not it wasn't caused by my implants!! It was caused by taking 800mg Motrin for 2 weeks on an empty stomach. I hit a deer with my car and hurt my shoulder & neck. The doctor put me on Motrin and either he didn't explain it to me or I didn't read the directions, but I took it whether I had food in my stomach or not. This was in 1990 and I think Motrin was just starting to be widely used - or maybe not - I might just have been too young and hadn't ever heard of it before. I ended up going to several doctors before finally figuring out it was the Motrin that did it. I was taking tons of Mylanta every day. I had diarrhea so bad that every time I went to the bathroom to pee I had diarrhea! I lost so much weight - I went down to right around 105 pounds from my normal 125 (well, that was normal then - not now unfortunately!). Size 3's were too big for me. The doctors couldn't figure out the ulcer problem nor could they figure out why I was having such severe diarrhea. I told them how much Mylanta I was taking and they never put the two together...DUH!!! Mylanta has the same ingredient that Milk of Magnesia has - and you take M.O.M. for constipation! I swear, we have to diagnose and treat ourselves sometimes, don't we? When I slowed down on the Mylanta and started taking Prilosec, the diarrhea magically went away. Pam> I have a suggestion for anyone expierencing terrible fatigue.> I started taking vitamin B-12 a couple weeks ago and lately I have noticed I feel a lot less tired.> Buy the sublingual kind, you put it under the tongue and let it dissolve. You can buy it at walmart for about 6 dollars.> I saw an infomercial about it and thought, hey its worth a try, and I love it, it really works!!> They say if you have a stomach problem you may have a B-12 definciency.> You can look up B-12 online and read about it.> Anyway I would swear by it, I have felt so much better since I started taking it.> Let me know if this helps anyone.> Hugs, Billie-Jo

Nannapam.

What kind of stomach problems are you having?I've had helicobacter pylori 3 times and have taken the antibotics for it. You have to specify the test for that. A regular blood test will not show it. Helicobacter Pylori is a bacteria that turns into stomach ulcers. Look it up.

also had this....she's been so quiet, but I hope she writes. Anyway, she wrote about her experience with this previously, and a search through the archives for helicobacter pylori will bring her messages up. She was treated for it, and afterwards, experienced improvement in many ways. She lives a very normal life now, with no problems except for her foot pain.

This is just my own opinion, but I think that it may be an epidemic, and no one cares, someone knows something because there is a Hellicobacter Pylori Foundation for it. So what does that tell you. I just think that our autoimmune systems are so weak that it's just easier to catch anything. Or maybe we are getting it from the implants being full of bacteria. Who knows, can't get a doctor to agree with you about nothing. I think we know our bodies better than a doctor, and especially one that has NEVER had implants. So what the hell do they know. And most of the male doctors think women are crazy anyway.

That is so true....I remember my dad telling me what happened when I first got sick and he mentioned my illness to one of his friends, someone he's known since highschool, and is a gynecologist. My dad told him about the breast implants and how I thought it was the cause of my illness, and do you know what this educated doctor's reponse was? He told my dad "No, it's not the implants, implants don't make women sick. You know why she's sick? She's a woman, that's why."

I was so mad I could see red. It was all I could do to write that jerk and tell him what I thought of him. I lost all respect, completely and forever. Male chauvenist pig.
