I've been fighting for SSI/SSD for 3 years too. I do know a great deal about the system. It is unlikely to get SS on Fibromyalgia of chronic fatigue, YOu need a mental health diagnosis and it better be serious. Otherwise a doctor stating your diabiling condition. Not many drs think FM/CFS is disabling. They don't think about all the other symtoms that go along iwth it. You must tell me more about what you've done?, and more about your case. If you have been turned down 3 times, you'll need to reapply while decision is coming back on your first case with NEW informaiton. I know we treat with physical therapists and numerous doctors, Use Silicone poisoning. Its getting weight these days. It shows cause for your symptoms, there is a discription for silicone poisoning under ss definitions. Tell me if you hve an attorney, did you appeal, to what level, why were you denied, what were your disabling

conditions? Heat and cold intollerance won't get it. However, you may still need to find out the source of your problems. You may have thyroid problems. People with autoimmune problems, CFS/FM (qualify), near menopause, or perimenopausal, and a few other things can have thyroid problems. You CFS must be so severe and documentable. Get your attorney to have your therapist fill out papers. Now many shrinks won't offer a letter but they have to fill out something that the attorney gives them.
