Guest guest
Hi Colleen, You should not take the multi-vitamin, as your liver has enough stores of vitamins to get through the fast, and the pills will just be something additional for your body to process. However, I think the Primal defense will be a great addition of beneficial flora and assist in the cleanse. I hope you find your fast tremendously healing! Let us know how you feel after it's done. I'mdoing the three day liver cleanse fast. Thanks!
Guest guest
Thanks, Patty. I got done with my fast yesterday. It made me so weak, my mom had to come over to help me out of bed and fix me some food. I mean when I stood up, I blacked out. It was horrible! I've gotten a little strength back today, but my shoulders feel like somebody is standing on them, my body is so tired. I still can't walk around a whole lot or I get really light headed. Can't really tell much positive effects yet cuz my belly still feels yucky. Guest guest
I ate a little broccoli and lima beans when I broke my fast. Nothing sounded good, and my stomach was rolling, so I didn't feel like eating much. I've been just eating veggies. I don't eat alot of fruit...I'll try juicing some fruit like you say...thanks, Patty......as always!! What you eat immediately upon breaking the fast is so important--it must be high water content food, like oranges, watermelon, steamed zucchini, etc. It sounds like you need some oxygen in your system badly, and juicing fresh, organic fruits and vegetables in high quantities, (like every hour) will help provide your body with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and oxygen.
