Ann,

thank you so much for asking about me. I just got home from working 3-11 shift. I'm doing really good. I have more energy. My brain fog is better, so much better, but not totally gone. I noticed my ears and throat aren't bothering me as much. I still have some back pain at night, but in runs in my family, so I can't say for sure it was the implants. But overall am doing really good. I just feel better. I'm not running a low temp anymore.

I'm so used to wearing my padded bra each day now. Its feels totally normal. I didn't get all the sensation back in my breast above the incisions, but I didn't think I would and that was okay. What else could I do? My incisions are just about healed. They are pink still, but are pretty small. My breast are more full than they were, still just a tad bit tender when rubbed, but not much. They look pretty much the same as prior to implant, prob. little more full though. I love them.

I haven't taken off with a blast as far as detoxing and all. Doing little at a time. Haven't really changed my diet etc., but I feel good. I'm taking some supplements. I've done the coffee enema once and I think it helped clear my head more than anything.

I've noticed I pretty much feel normal as far as adjusting to the breast size and shape and all. Its almost like I never had them. I love the comfort of being able to move around and lay around freely. That is the best part for me.

I plan to do detoxing and other things heavily, but right now I' m just enjoying everyday things. I eat whatever, do whatever. Just not stressing too much about things.

I plan to start working out, eating better and all that but for now just adjusting slowly.

My hardest time of the day is the mornings first getting up is difficult. At night I'm restless, and I will hopefully get better with that in time. For now I just am so pleased with how things are. I don't think about my breast hardly at all.

I need to get more bra's. I only have one right now. ha.ha.

How are you doing?

Debbie,

Thanks for the update! I appreciate it and I am glad to hear you are

doing well. As for me, surgery is Monday, God willing. I still have

a bit of the rash, the doc hopes it will be totally gone by the

surgery date. I have been looking in the mirror lately wondering how

I will feel about being smaller breasted, but the more I look at how

I am now, I realize that I have HUGE GIGANTOR BOOBS! What was I

thinking??? Oh well, thanks again, I hope you feel better and

better...
