Guest guest
Dan & SandyRN and everyone else who shared advice about the water drinking... Dan was right on target when he picked out of my long " woe is me " diatribe the fact that I was only getting in 6oz water per day and exclaimed " THERE'S your problem! " . Although I'm nowhere NEAR up to 64oz (which I'm told is a MINIMUM), I did drink the " miracle " amount of 24oz two days in a row, and yesterday managed to choke down just over 30oz. Guess what? 2 lbs dropped off in the last 2 days. Looks like that water got things flowing in the right direction (i.e. down the crapper I guess!). And on an interesting note, that's even though my calories yesterday were 30% higher than my normal daily average. a, 33 y.o., 5'6'', -28.2 lbs in 2.3 months since surgery highest 250 - size 22/24, surgery 227 - size 20, current 198.8 - size 18, goal: wherever I stabilize Banded 8/26/04 - Dr. Rumbaut, Monterrey Mexico Follow-up: Dr. Fox, Surgical Weight Loss Clinic, Tacoma WA 1st fill 6 Oct 04: 2.0cc
