Thanks Lynn. This is GREAT stuff.

I went to the PPF site and couldn't find the book, only a $5

bibliography. A search at addall.com returned copies of Myers book for

$225...

Can you explain whether this info was in the biblio stuff for $5 from

PPF or elseswhere?
