Guest guest
Hi Sheila, Glad to be of help for a change... I'm not doing too bad. Have had to restart Armour after not being on it for a month and the last dose I was on then was 2 1/2 grains - I crashed when I went to that last dose after doing fine on 2. Anyway, 2 weeks ago I started again on a 1/4. After a week of feeling fine, I upped it to a 1/2. So I've been back on Armour for 2 weeks now. My question is this - if I'm doing it very carefully and only upping by 1/4 grains rather than 1/2s, do I treat each new dosage by a 1/4 as I would the normal instructions? If I'm not making myself cear, I'm unsure how long to stay on a dose when doing it in 1/4s. Now I'm on 1/2, should I stay on this for another week or so or should I up it because I've been on it for 2 weeks now? I'm confused. I'm unclear if the 1/4 shoud be seen as an actual DOSE or if it is just to ease in to it gently and once you are on a particular level e.g. 1/2 then you count from there. I have still not made a decision about the hydrocortisone. I am still taking 6 NAE, Vit C and Liquorice and Ginseng tincture. Guest guest
HI Reeta It is evident that you have to take your increases of Armour very slowly. As you have been on half a grain now for two weeks, I would wait until you have been on it for 3 weeks and then up it again by only a quarter of a grain and do this every three weeks. If you find yourself going a bit dozzy (or even dizzy *grin*), sweating, palpitations etc, cut back your last dose by a quarter of a grain. Some people can increase very easily by half a grain each time, other's like you, must take it easy. Consider each quarter of a grain a dose increase. It might take you a little longer, but it is safe way to "get there". Luv - Sheila Re: Discount supplements Hi Sheila,Glad to be of help for a change...I'm not doing too bad.
