Hi,

I am from UK too. I have discovered that I have been deficient in

iodine since my teens,quite by accident after feeling much better I

learned that both iodine and potassium iodide was in two supplements

I have been taking. I am now 46 so this is quite remarkble. My

hormones have adjusted themselves and the brain fog has cleared. Long

may it continue! Hope the chronic fatigue goes too!
