Guest guest
These are classic bromide detox symptoms. Take a look at the protocol page and consider Dr. Shevin's remedy (which has been used for years-- he was the one who recently published it). www.breastcancerchoices/iprotocol L.See AOL's top rated recipes and easy ways to stay in shape for winter. Guest guest
Hi I started out using iodoral and had these very symptoms. So I quit taking it, nothing helped them go away. My doc talked me into using lugols and starting slowly and I have had none of these problems and am feeling better all the time. I know that there was a discussion at one time about the difference in the absorption of Lugols as opposed to iodoral but all I know is that I could not use the iodoral and am having great results from the lugols. Marie Re:Allergic Symptoms to Iodoral? Are you sure these are allergic symptoms?  These are also detox symptoms, in which case, this is a very positive sign and you wouldn't want to quit with the Iodoral. It is my understanding that iodine does promote detoxing in various ways. You could try reducing your dose for a week or two and supporting your body as it releases these toxins. Take in plenty of healthy fluids (organic broths &  filtered water). When I have detox headaches a hot Epsom salt bath will usually kick it. Add 2 c Epsom salt to bath water as hot as you can stand it. Drink plenty of fresh water while in the tub and after. Soak as long as you can so to work up a good cleansing sweat and shower off toxins & salt after wards. Do these at least 5x week while experiencing symptoms. And of course, try not to add any more toxins to the workload. (processed foods, sugars, caffeinated beverages, medications, alcohol, etc) Best wishes. ________________________________________________________________________ More new features than ever. Guest guest
Some have found relief from adding zinc to their diets for acne. I am one of those. I used 50 mgs Zinc with 2 mgs Copper. Re:Allergic Symptoms to Iodoral? Thanks, everyone for all your help. Now that I know that the acne is a detox symptom, I feel a lot better. I will go back to my original dose and start on the LBG treatments again for detoxing, as well as some of the other detox methods mentional by some of you. Thank you so much! > > I got some skin issues from the Iodine, but they resolved with cycling off > and doing other things to detox such as sauna, dry skin brushing, castor oil > packs and homeopathic drainage. > > Lugol¹s gave me the worst symptoms.
