Guest guest
Hi everyone, Right now I'm in a panic because I can't find my 3G processors. When I checked the leather case I normally keep them in, they weren't there. I found 2 cardboard boxes from Cochlear, but they weren't inside those either. I'm afraid that I may have accidentally exchanged the wrong box with my audi when I intended to give her the 3G processors of mine that needed repair. That or Cochlear never sent me replacements. I don't know which. All I know is that I'm very scared because if something goes wrong with my Freedom processors, I won't be able to communicate. I know tactile PSE, SEE and ASL, but I haven't used any of them regularly since 2004. Does Cochlear offer a free one time replacement for lost processors? I feel so frustrated and stupid right now. *sigh*
