I really have to say that it is amazing how this works as easily as it is. I would guess the mentality that you have to " strain " to be fit and trim and beautiful is just put into our minds by the media. I've been so relaxed about working out that all of these " machines " I own are sitting idle. I am sleeping somewhat better, but stress does kind of give me a hard time. I'm working my Lifelift breaths though. I really believe that by the time Christmas comes around I will be more relaxed and at peace than I have felt in years. The belly rub...funny funny...I cannot believe how well it works, but I do believe it because I see results and my friends do. Hah, got to be careful with that...apparently I was a little on the " slow " side with my BM's. I had a " relaxed " visit to the restroom...no straining...and I realized it was the belly rub that induced my " success " . I have to laugh. I know that so many of my family and my friends, when I tell them about Lifelift...they are very very very skeptical. All I do is tell them, I was skeptical too, but I had nothing to lose and everything to gain by working with Lifelift. I really feel like I am just glowing.
