Please email each other instead of the whole group. No offense but the

banter is filling up my mailbox.

,

You asked if my head was placed in a cradle during my CT scan. No, it

wasn't. I laid against a pillow which felt very much like I was sleeping in

my own bed. It was quite comfortable except for the fact I couldn't hear.

Sorry Larry but much of the so called banter is support for as she

deals with issues related to her cochlear implants. I do try to limit

outright off topic messages tho.

Wasnt me that asked about the cradle. Its been over 8 years but I dont

remember pillows. I had done the MRI already so the CT scan was easier to

cope with but for me it was not comfy as my head was way back. I dont

recall the noise level tho. Maybe because the MRI was way way more noisy in

addituon to being stuck inside a small tunnel. LOL So you got pillows,

huh. I must be sure to request them next time!

When I had an MRI done pre-CI, I couldn't hear that either.

You can still support fully, by private email, .

I read the messages at the web site and there were almost a whole page

of yours and 's, that I just skimmed through without reading. One

of you might actually say something that is helpful to someone else

and it will be missed, because people are either deleting your

messages or skimming over everything you write.

I'm all in favour of support, this IS a support group, but those

messages were nothing more than banter.

Larry - if you change your settings to Digest - you can skim through all the

posts for the day in one e-mail and not get your mailbox filled up no matter

how many posts. It works for me. Jackie :o)

To be fair, . I have never seen ANYONE banter so much back and

forth, one message after the other, as you and . That is chat

room stuff.

The odd funny post doesnt bother me in the slightest, in fact I

welcome them, whether they are marked O/T or not. But blatant back and

forth bantering between two or three people, WILL drive others away.

I DO NOT welcome that.
